Thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes served! My favourite is the Soy Baked Sea Perch and I’m not much of a fish person but this was soft, melts in the mouth sort and the sauces complimented the fish really well. The Mala Chicken was a surprise as it wasn’t in the menu and it was covered in chopped dried chilly! We had fun testing how well we could handle the spice! An advice if you intend to order the Mala Chicken – eat it one piece at a time. The spice lingers in your mouth for a while but you’ll get use to it and will want more.
Amara Singapore also offers Set Menu options for smaller families with an intimate setting.
