How to Use with Travel Attachments

One of the things I like about action cameras is that they give me a lot more freedom when I’m out exploring on my own.

When I take the LUMOS DOMINATE Action Camera hiking, I’ll bring it along attached to the selfie pole as I find it easier to hold and I can easily switch between taking photos of the scenery and getting shots of myself from a top angle.

I use the flexible stand when I want to set the camera down on unstable ground, rocks or logs and film hands-free outdoors in nature.

The wrist-mounted remote was another handy addition, especially for far shots on your solo hikes.

I brought the LUMOS DOMINATE Action Camera along on a hike around Henderson Waves. I mainly used it to photograph the scenery and capture some of the views. The wide-angle perspective worked particularly well for landscapes, allowing me to fit more of the surroundings into the frame.

And this shot I snapped while a strong gush of wind came and almost blew my hat off! Surprisingly, my shot turned out stable while using it attached to the selfie pole and captured my expression and the unexpectedness of it all.

Of course, I couldn’t review an action camera without testing it in water so I took the LUMOS DOMINATE Action Camera into a swimming pool to see how it would handle underwater photography. Again, these photos are straight from the camera with no edits. The camera was used with its waterproof housing which allowed me to capture both photos and video underwater.

I loved seeing how different the images looked compared to the ones I took on my hike. It’s a fun feature to have if you’re planning to bring the camera on beach holidays, pool days or other water adventures.
