I had a lovely afternoon brunch with friends at Angelina Marina Bay Sands. The iconic Parisian tearoom and patisserie launched a new menu of Novel Creations from Paris.

Oven Baked Camembert
Served with Garden Salad, Apple, Dried Figs, Roasted Nuts and Roasted Bread Drizzled with Balsamic Dressing.
Ala Carte Club Sandwich (11am – 230pm)
Toast with Chicken Mayo, Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg, Sun-Dried Tomato Paste.
Fantasy of Grilled Seafood Aglio Olio
Spaghetti with Garlic, Bird’s Eye Chilli, Parsley and Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Hokkaido Scallop, King Prawn, Mussel and Lemon Cream Foam.
Smokey Atlantic Salmon Fillet
Smoke-Infused Salmon served with Shimeji Mushroom, Green Pea Puree and Raspberry Coulis.
Oven Baked Rack of Lamb
Oven-baked New Zealand Lamb Rack, Garlic Mashed Potato, Roasted Vegetable and Red Wine Mint Sauce.
French Duck Confit
5 Hours oven at a low temperature, served with Vegetable, Charcoal Mashed Potato, Caramelised Onion and Honey Orange Reduction.

Interesting; another resto to visit over at Sands! The last restaurant I visited there was TWG Tea in 2019, so Angelina would be a fantastic addition.
