Hollywood Suite

When I entered my Hollywood Suite, I was greeted with this very sweet handwritten card with a personalised hand-drawn art of Yilan’s scenery attached with a photo! Thank you to the team from Wellsprings by Silks for stopping by this site and for taking your time to craft this, it really melted by heart.

The suite came with a pair of Yukatas and slippers to wear during your stay. I wasted no time and changed into them. Here’s showing off my Onsen fitspo on this very spacious and cosy bed.

The Hollywood Suite comes with a spacious sitting area where you can have warm tea and watch TV. It has a sliding door separating the bathing area from the room to provide privacy. Every room has your own private Onsen. This one in the Hollywood Suite fits 2 people snugly.

How to Bathe in Onsen
- Wash your body under the shower before entering Onsen. Cold shower is recommended to cool body down before entering warm onsen.
- Check the temperature before entering and douse your body from the feet up to get your body use to the water.
- Recommended to soak in Onsen for not more than 20 minutes. Note that immersing yourself in hot water for too long can excessively raise your blood pressure or heart rate causing dizziness so step out of the water and hydrate yourself immediately should you start feeling discomfort.

One of the highlights during my time here in Taiwan as it’s not everyday I get to soak in Onsen right in my hotel room. It was so healing and peaceful, which is much needed from my hectic life back at home. The ultimate me-time, self-care, wellness goals checked ✓.
