The latest summer fashion accessory is not an oversized sunglass, a big floppy hat or a sunkissed tan (although having these will add to your cute factor). It’s a Pool Floatie and my floatie of choice to take to our Island Paradise Getaway in Rayavadee is Mr. Flamenco from Floaty Floats.

A little background story, I almost didn’t manage to bring Mr. Flamenco out to Rayavadee. I had rented a flamingo float from a different vendor and paid in full with deposit one month before it’s collection date in order to secure my order. However, the day before my collection date, I texted the said vendor to remind her. It was only then did she decide to tell me that the float I rented/paid in full with deposit/secured has been damaged by the previous customer and have to choose another float. There was no other compensation but to choose a float that I really did not want or top up for another float. I was extremely bumped out of course. I almost paid a top up for another float and spent all night trying to make that rushed and last minute decision but the vendor would not let me change it to the float of my choice. I hesitated but decided to cancel my order, asked for a full refund and reluctantly prepared to go for our holiday without a floatie.
However, Shine went on Carousell, found Floaty Floats and made a gamble by asking if we can rent a Flamingo Float on a very short notice. They responded immediately and it was available to rent and collect on the very day itself! We collected Mr. Flamenco and packed him along with an electrical pump which we also rented from them to Rayavadee the next morning. Thank you Floaty Floats, you saved my Pool Plans!
