I went for the Ai Cao as it’s good for ladies especially for postnatal mums.While having the neck rest on, my feet were soaked in warm herbal water before my foot and body massage. You can choose to rest after your long day or use the free Wifi available to Samsara Wellness patrons.You have a choice of the massage oil.

• Olive – for dry skin.
• Rose – fragrance.
• Lavender – calming.
• Ginger – blood circulation, for those who walk a lot.

After your massage, you’ll be treated to tea and fruits. Tea changes daily.

Ambience: 8/10
It is a small area but a cosy one. The entrance of Samsara Wellness was bright and welcoming but it gets dimmer inside which is great for relaxation with the scent of herbs and lavender lingering in the air. It also had nice decor and photo worthy and neat unlike some Massage Parlours that look quite dated.

Service: 9/10
I really loved the great service! The team at Samsara really treated me like a VIP from the beginning to the end of my visit here. Samsara Wellness uses a Deep-Tissue Malaysian Massage style that I believe I have not tried before. I had the Foot and Body Massage and I really enjoyed it thoroughly! The masseuse knew the exact points to relieve which I thought was very professional of them. Thinking about it makes me crave for another massage, lol. I would have rated it 10 however, take note that not all the staff here speaks English.

Price: Afforable $$

Considering the great service and massage they provide, I felt that the price was quite affordable particularly during Happy Hours (1pm to 6pm).

Verdict: 8/10
I would definitely want to visit Samsara Wellness again when I’m in the area or whenever I feel like getting the VIP massage treatment. The only thing that will stop me from getting a regular massage there is it’s location because it’s far from where I live. But if you’re around Geylang, make the trip down, promise it will be really worth the walk.
